Mehma is a graduate of Amity Law School (2018) and holds an LL.M. from the University of California, Berkeley, with a Certificate of Specialisation in Business Law. She previously worked as a Junior Associate in the Chambers of Mr. Hrishikesh Baruah, Advocate-on-Record, appearing before the Hon’ble Delhi High Court, District Courts of Delhi, and various tribunals.

She has handled matters under the Code of Civil Procedure, the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, the Consumer Protection Act, and labour and employment laws, as well as disputes in banking recovery and company law.

She has also interned with the Hon’ble Mr. Justice Sanjeev Sachdeva at the Delhi High Court and with Mr. Sidharth Luthra, Senior Advocate and Former Additional Solicitor General of India.
