Neeha Nagpal is a senior litigation and regulatory advocate with over 18 years of experience across white-collar crime, economic offences, insolvency, regulatory litigation, and complex commercial disputes. She is known for handling matters that sit at the intersection of financial crime, corporate misconduct, insolvency stress, and high-stakes regulatory enforcement, often involving multi-agency investigations and sensitive commercial exposure.

Her practice spans proceedings under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), investigations by agencies such as the SFIO and CBI, insolvency litigation before the NCLT and NCLAT, cross-border disputes, and high-value commercial litigation. She regularly advises promoters, high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, institutions, and boards on crisis management, litigation strategy, enforcement risk, and regulatory response in complex and time-sensitive matters.

Neeha has been involved in several significant matters, including advisory and litigation work arising out of large insolvency processes such as Ansal Properties & Infrastructure and JC World Hospitality, defence strategy in prominent PMLA proceedings including the M3M Group matter affirmed by the Supreme Court, and overlapping insolvency and enforcement disputes involving entities such as Rotomac Global and Educomp. Her work has also included cross-border defamation and trademark disputes for digital-first businesses, allied constitutional litigation connected with the Section 377 challenge, and pro bono appellate work before the Delhi High Court.

Beyond active practice, Neeha brings a strong orientation to governance and public service. She serves as an Independent Director and Chairperson of the CSR Committee at Black Box Limited, where she oversees corporate social responsibility initiatives that support vulnerable communities and senior citizens. She is on the advisory board of the Keshav Suri Foundation, contributing to legal awareness and rehabilitation initiatives for the LGBTQI+ community, and works closely with The Bigger Picture to support daily nutrition programs for underserved populations in the NCR.

Neeha is also a founding member of the advisory team of the KARM LAW Fellowship, mentoring and supporting meritorious female law students from economically weaker backgrounds at Delhi University through structured guidance, financial assistance, and professional exposure. Her involvement reflects a long-term commitment to access, equity, and talent development within the legal profession.

Alongside her legal and governance work, Neeha actively engages with themes of wellness, emotional resilience, and sustainable leadership in high-pressure professions. She writes and speaks about burnout, ambition, balance, and building long-term professional endurance in demanding environments, bringing a human-centred perspective to leadership in law.
